All tutoring with Frontier is managed through our tutor portal, which we will get you set up with once we match you with a tutor. Through this portal, you will be able to seamlessly schedule and manage lessons with your tutor.

At Frontier Tuition, we only specialise in online tutoring as it allows for immense flexibility and convenience in the providing students with the best tutors from around the world, as quickly as possible. Our tutors are well trained and experienced in delivering online lessons, and have access to a wide range of digital tools and materials to make their lessons a success.

Definitely! Our tutors are highly qualified to help you achieve the best results in your internal assessments. We can help you plan, write, and/or review an assignment depending on your individual needs, whilst providing crucial feedback and advice along the way. We are also here to help if you require urgent assistance with tight deadlines!

Our tutors primarily use Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams depending on the preferences of both you and your tutor. All sessions are interactive and structured with digital tools and resources, and our tutors are flexible and will work adapt toward whatever your needs may be.

Absolutely! Our number one priority is that our students are pleased with their tutors and feel they are making progress in their studies. If your tutor just isn’t the right fit, feel free to reach out to us and we will rematch you until we find someone who is.

Yes! Our tutors are able to provide specialised support for Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, and Theory of Knowledge presentations and essays.

We specialise in International Baccalaureate subjects across all levels, including HL and SL. This includes all of the main IB subjects, in which our tutors are world-class experts, as well as some of the rarer subjects, depending on availability.

We are able to accommodate to any last-minute and intensive tutoring needs for urgent situations with both exams and assignments — just contact us and we’ll arrange fast support. (Depending on tutor availability)

Our tutors are some of the highest achieving IB graduates from across the globe, and are experienced educators who have undergone a rigorous selection and training process. The average IB score of a Frontier tutor is 43.1, and all of our tutors only teach the subjects in which they scored a 7 in HL.

Absolutely not! While we sell our tuition packages based on hours, you are able to use those hours as you wish, whether it be in 30 minute chunks, or several hours at once. Our tutors are highly experienced and will try to accomodate to your preferences, given that they are clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon.

We do, but this must be custom-arranged depending on your requirements. Please contact us or book a consultation if you wish to organise group tutoring sessions.

No! Unlike other tutoring companies, we do not put an expiration date on your tutoring. Once you purchase a tuition package, those hours are yours to use for as long as you wish. However, any purchased hours cannot be transferred to another student and must be used by the student they were purchased for and registered to.

For new students, we require the purchase of a package to begin lessons. This ensures a consistent learning experience, allows for better tutor preparation, and helps us maintain a safe and structured environment for all students and tutors. However, if you're a returning student and would like to continue with your current tutor(s) on a per-lesson basis, please reach out to us — we're happy to work with you to find a flexible solution.

We offer tutoring in packages to make the process simple, efficient and secure for all parties. Our packages range from 5 hours to 100 hours, and each package offers different benefits. Payment is done through our tutor portal, and is only made once we have matched you with a tutor and/or you have had a meeting with your tutor. Your tuition package must be purchased before you can have your first lesson, but you can request a tutor by clicking the 'Book Now' button and filling in your details, and we will connect you with one of our tutors so you can meet them beforehand!
